How do I purchase your courses?
The easiest way to purchase is online, browse the courses we offer and decide on one you find interesting. Add it to your basket and purchase just like any other product. We will send joining instructions and any course materials required within five days.
My business does not have a credit card is there an alternative purchase method ?
For larger purchases we can arrange an invoice for payment by bank transfer you will need to contact us to make such an arrangement.
My business would like to book a course exclusively for our employees, is this possible?
In fact many of our course run just for one client, these are never seen on our website. To arrange this type of course, please contact us.
What happens if I am unable to attend?
We urge you to contact as soon as you are aware of an issue that will impact your ability to attend. Details about refunds can be found in our terms and conditions.
I heard that you offer online training but can not find it?
During the Covid pandemic we offered shorter versions of our courses online, the demand for these fell sharply when face to face training was once again possible. We are so busy with courses at our plants that we have stopped offering these via the website. If you want this type of training please contact us so that we can discuss options.
The course I'm interested in has no availability?
We offer only a limited number of places via the website on our most popular courses. If you can't find what you require please contact us and we can investigate options to fulfil your requirements.
