Toyota is built upon the principle of Genchi Genbutsu (The actual place and actual thing). We strongly believe there is no substitute to visiting a Toyota plant if you want to see Lean principles in action and when it comes to your own transformation your Toyota coach will insist on observing your processes with their own eyes. Sometimes it's just not practical to travel to one of our UK facilities. Online training is an option for businesses who want to train the basics about Lean principles and tools to a large number of people. TLMC’s online training programmes are delivered through a combination of live online lectures, interactive exercises, and quizzes. You won't find this type of course advertised please contact us to discuss your requirements and availability.
