TPS principles were used used to help the charity eliminate waste meaning more money where it can make a difference.

Major UK retailer invests in developing employees and lean principles to deliver results.
Home Bargains have grown from a small family business to be a major UK retailer. Operations Director Joe Morris wanted to apply lean in a retail environment and took inspiration from Toyota to say "We want to be the Toyota of the retail world".
Ysgol Gwynedd
Lean is child's play! Successful introduction of 5S and much more in a primary school.
The headteacher at Ysgol Gwynedd saw the potential. A chance meeting with TLMC has led to over 100 Headteachers and leaders being trained in lean principles.
